Bishop's Cleeve Parish Council currently manages two allotment sites with plots available for residents to rent.
These sites are located at;
1. Cleevelands, near the medical centre in Sapphire Road, GL52 7YU.
2. Homelands, in Barleyfields Avenue, off Vale Road, GL52 8HU.
If you would like to join the waiting list for an allotment plot, please complete the application form that can be found HERE. Please note that the demand for plots is high and applications are only being accepted by Bishop’s Cleeve Parish Residents.
Initially charges for the plot include a deposit and an admin fee. There is an annual rental cost depending onsize together with a water charge. If you would like more details about theallotment sites please contact us here.
The Tenancy Agreements for the sites can be found below. Please be aware that the rental charge is subject to a 5% increase each year. All plot holders are invoiced for a water charge that is based on the preceding year’s usage.
