The Parish Council aims to work for the benefit of the community, undertaking projects and providing facilities for local residents. The Parish Council manages community buildings, sports field facilities, play areas and allotments within the village. It funds a number of activities and opportunities for young people and administers a grant scheme for local organisations.
The Parish Council has three buildings with rooms and facilities that can be hired by groups and members of the public.
There are two allotment sites within Bishop's Cleeve which are managed by the Parish Council.
Bishop’s Cleeve has a large sports field with football pitches, an astro facility, kickwall, skate park and bike track, and outdoor gym equipment. The football pitches and astro facility are available for hire.
The Parish Council funds and supports a number of opportunities for young people including a Youth Council.
The Parish Council is responsible for a number of play areas and public open spaces within the village.
Charities and organisations that benefit the residents of Bishop’s Cleeve may be supported by the Parish Council through funding and resources subject to certain qualifying conditions.
